Modern yet timeless. Extravagant in its style and use of clean geometric forms. Inspired by architecture. The Overlay collection arose from a synthesis of various materials on mood boards during a creative process that involved seeking ideas and associations between art and design, overlaying different textures, and playing with volumes.
The blown transparent glass tubes instil the Overlay collection with a distinctive character, as does the unique concrete fixture embedded with shards of upcycled glass from Janštejn Glassworks. The piece is cast in different rectangular volumes specifically for each type of light, accommodating both simple and multiple assemblies for a remarkable degree of versatility. The centerline matte light tube seemingly levitates inside a delicate sleeve of either frosted or clear glass cradled in the concrete. The typology of the Overlay collection comprises horizontal pendant variants, table lights, and wall lights that open new possibilities in lighting art.
The collection has now been expanded with other variants and in 2025 received a number of technological upgrades. For details, see the Overlay Update section.

Im Jahr 2025 wurde Overlay einer subtilen technologischen Innovation unterzogen, die die Funktionalität verbesserte und gleichzeitig die ästhetische Reinheit der Kollektion bewahrte.
Die ursprüngliche LED-Lampe wurde durch eine neu entwickelte LED-Quelle mit einer Vollaluminiumkonstruktion in Kombination mit einem mattierten Kunststoffdiffusor ersetzt. Dieses Upgrade hat die Lichtleistung fast verdoppelt.

The LED source is mounted more securely, ensuring greater lifespan and reliability. The new version also includes a custom duralumin socket with integrated connector. The new version offers better compatibility with various dimming systems, enhancing overall user comfort.

24 V source with a double LED strip mounted on an aluminium profile with a frosted plastic diffuser. This upgrade has nearly doubled the light output.
