High-quality moulds are essential to production. We can arrange mould production in two basic materials: metal or traditional hardwood. The production of metal moulds takes longer, typically up to six weeks, but they show minimal wear over time.

Which mould to choose?
Wooden moulds, by contrast, are quicker to produce but have a shorter lifespan, typically yielding 30 to 50 pieces of glass each. Their lifespan depends on the complexity of the shape.

Glassblowing and finishing

Once the mould has been produced, initial samples are developed. After the form and colour have been finalised according to your requirements, full production can begin.

We also offer additional finishing processes, including sandblasting, matting, drilling, and glass cutting.

Delivery timelines depend on the volume of the order and the current capacity of the glassworks. We will be happy to provide further details and a preliminary quotation based on your specific needs.
