Federico Peri

Federico Peri is an Italian designer based in Milan. Born in 1983, he trained in interior design before spending a formative period in Paris, where he developed a broader understanding of the relationship between decorative arts, historical references and contemporary living.

In 2011, he founded Federico Peri Studio, working across interior and product design as well as art direction. His work explores the relationship between objects, spaces, and atmosphere, with particular attention to proportion, materiality, light, and construction.

Since 2014, the studio has steadily expanded its product design activities through collaborations with Italian and international companies, galleries, and contemporary design brands. Its projects range from furniture and lighting to objects, interiors, and limited-edition pieces, developed through an ongoing dialogue between craftsmanship and industrial production, with close attention to the inherent qualities of materials.

Federico’s work has received international recognition, including an Elle Decor Design Award (EDIDA), a FRAME Award, Archiproducts Design Awards, and a Good Design Award. His work has also been featured by Maison & Objet Paris, Architectural Digest Italia, and AD France.

In September 2026, Federico Peri was named Art Director of BROKIS, a role in which he shapes the brand’s creative direction while building on its heritage, the tradition of Czech glassmaking, and its extensive manufacturing expertise. His work explores the relationship between glass, light, and atmosphere, seeking new ways to express these values through contemporary design while further strengthening BROKIS’s international identity.
