OUTDOOR USE

WHAT DOES IP44 MEAN?
The IP44 rating, as defined by the IEC 60529 standard, means the fixture is protected against solid objects larger than 1 mm (like dust, tools, and insects) and water splashes from any direction.
This makes IP44 fixtures suitable for spaces where occasional splashes may occur, such as:
Bathrooms
lighting, mirrors, and other fixtures exposed to splashing water.
Sheltered outdoor areas
terraces, patios, or under eaves.
Kitchens
near sinks or stovetops where splashes are possible.
Important note: IP44 does not mean waterproof
The fixture is not intended for direct exposure to rain or continuous moisture. For areas with direct water contact, higher IP ratings (IP65, IP67, IP68) are recommended.

PHYSICAL PHENOMENON: CONDENSATION
In certain conditions, especially with temperature fluctuations and humidity, condensation may form on colder surfaces of the fixture. This natural effect occurs when warm, moist air comes into contact with a surface that is cooler than the dew point, causing water vapor to condense into droplets.
